The Timber footings or treads can be of any timber material, hardwood, engineered hardwood or laminate, any colour, style, type of finish or size of elevation. Splashback glass is available in coloured, patterned, metallic and mirror finishes. Modique Elevation® can be used residentially in new homes, units or townhouses, heritage listings and existing premises, and commercially in churches, aged care, nightclubs and internally in boats, yachts and aircraft. In an existing or heritage listing premises the original flooring is sand, polished and refurbished with splash back glass risers.

A Diploma qualified Interior Designer, I created my very first Patent and Trademark in 2011, MODIQUE ELEVATION, which were Timber and Splashback Glass Stairs and Staircases, in that same year and using my knowledge of Lighting, which I had accumulated over prior 13years, I created a second Patent and Trademark in that same year, 2011, and named it MODIQUE ILLUMINATION, which were Timber, Splashback Glass and LED lighting Stairs and Staircases. MODIQUE, a word I created, for the patent and trademark, meaning, the blending of "modern and antique". Working alone in the business, over the last 13 years, I created a Commercial Shop Counter in 2012 and named it "66". I've learned to design and create my own Logo's for my Trademarks and design my own website/s. I save money, by pretty much doing everything myself, I'm the copywriter for my Patents/Trademarks/IntellectualProperty, the photographer for my designs, albeit, not perfect, the graphic designer, website creator and copywriter for my company... just trying to do my best.
